Board of Management

Founded in 1993, and holding the distinction of being Turkey’s first off-road club, ISOFF bears a great responsibility not only toward our members but also toward our Board of Directors. With the knowledge and experience we have accumulated over the years, our primary goal is to train our members as conscious, well-equipped off-road athletes through certified and qualified training programs. In line with this vision, we offer exclusive privileges and discounts to our members at partner institutions through the ISOFF 4×4 Card application.

Through our Extreme Off-Road Drives and Off-Road Camp events, organized twice a month, we aim to improve both driving skills and team spirit on routes with predetermined difficulty levels. In our family-oriented events, we plan 3–4 day routes with reduced difficulty, with the aim of sharing off-road culture with all family members.

With our Ba-Ço (Father & Child) event, designed especially for fathers and children, we pass on traditional street games—an important part of our cultural heritage—between generations, while experiencing the spirit of challenge and solidarity together in nature. Our annual FreeMen event features specially designed routes of approximately 10 days each year, where we explore the unique geography of our country by crossing mountains and traveling almost entirely off-road, with minimal use of asphalt.

In order to contribute to the development of local athletes, we organize the ISOFF Challenge competitions, providing our спортсмен with the opportunity to test and improve themselves under real off-road conditions. Consisting of three races per year, this organization aims to help local athletes gain experience in a competitive environment and prepare for higher levels.

Through our effective cooperation with TOSFED, we encourage our athletes to participate in the nationally recognized TOSFED Baja Türkiye Championship, supporting them in successfully representing our country in this field. In addition, we organize the FIA-approved Baja Troia Türkiye race—an event that enhances Turkey’s international recognition—at international standards with the support of relevant Ministries, local authorities, and TOSFED. By bringing together domestic and international athletes on the same course, we contribute to the development of our athletes.

With our vehicles possessing high off-road capabilities, we regard it as an important responsibility to support society and nature during disasters and challenging missions, in cooperation with various state institutions. All our activities are carried out with a strong awareness of environmental protection and sustainability.

On this occasion, I would like to thank our Board of Directors for their dedicated efforts for our club, and once again emphasize that our doors are always open to all off-road clubs. I invite the entire off-road community to move forward together.
